At Handaruan Institute, we believe that young people’s perspectives are vital for the future of governance, diplomacy, and civic innovation. This year, the Handaruan Youth Conference is working together with LABIRIN (Laboratory of International Relations, UPN Veteran Jawa Timur) and Pijar Foundation x Townhall Muda to produce ENLIT: International Youth Conference 2026 tackling the topic on “Global & Local Collaboration to Promote SGDs In Urban Areas“

Through this first collaboration, we are creating a platform where young leaders can join Expert Speaker Sessions, take part in an interactive Townhall, share research in the Undergraduate Paper Panel, and showcase creative ideas in the Poster Presentation for high school students.

The partnership shows our dedication to combining strong academics with active youth involvement. We want everyone, from high school students to university scholars, to have a chance to join meaningful discussions. By working with LABIRIN and Pijar Foundation, we aim to strengthen youth-led projects and encourage a spirit of curiosity and teamwork.
